Hate to tell you all but appstablishment merger is already factored onto the share price. We have known about it for ages. And the fact that it has been delayed time and time again speaks volumes of the fact ol mate Adrian flotation device is trying to keep his ass from drowning.... selling his own company (appstablishment) to his own company cirralto is no more than a money ploy for suckers....
