From what I know that place is still the same. It gets so busy + now that they have put the soft roof/umbrella style things up outside, they can take a bigger crowd in the rain.

Great little place in a top spot. I loved that place too when I lived in North Sydney (used to be the start to every thursday night when I was at uni. Followed by the Greenwood)

I hope they can get a pub or two away to take the pressure off the LTV. Or alternately I hope they renegotiate that with their financiers?

The one negative with these guys is their cost of debt. Its quite high really (think near 7%), when you consider the current cash rate etc.
