I think your last paragraph is an important point. If it were me I'd maybe contact them directly by phone not via another platform. Email etc
Let them know about your experience. They may not be aware of the issue themselves.
You may also get a better insight into a Co. you partly own now if you talk to someone there. Let them know you're a shareholder.

I know some consider it expensive currently but time can negate that given the opportunities in front of Alcidion.
