I am expecting the rerate to occur post Feasibility Study and the 23-1 Consolidation should also assist with a rerate. This stock is a long term play for me and the potential upside could be rewarding. Future increase in POG will also be tied to the success for MDI. There are plenty of analysts and articles suggesting POG still has further upside longer term (some realistic price predictions and others on the extreme side). As others have mentioned, there are several examples of explorers turned producers that have experienced a substantial rerate which is possible for MDI to experience. Perhaps take a look at the recent announcements and details about the ability to recommission the processing plant at $10m~ versus new plant cost at $60m~.
