Thinking back to the behaviour of China sponsored thugs at the 2008 Olympic torch rally in Canberra - there is a long record of China encouraging elements of their diaspora to act as a 5th column here. Which for the most part Australia has tolerated with good natured puzzlement.
However - to be fair- there is at least one instance where a Chinese investor has been badly done by in Oz. Does anybody know?
