From memory the text is pretty close to the original but I think the format is a bit different from the clean A4 copy I saw on the ABC so who knows what else has changed.

Straight line bullet points added.
No blank lines between sections.
No mention of the name of the Aussie think tank.
Not to mention the dirty paper lol.

Looks like HotCopper is censoring the link to the website for some reason. It's the Sydney Morning Herald, a pay site which I don't subscribe to but offers some free views.
