Sump lining plastic also comes in dark colors, sumps can be lined and even filled by a water truck before use. I cannot open the video but is there any evidence of increased road traffic and dust near the drill site? If they have been drilling there for a while you should see increased traffic and dust.
With any normal exploration company they would tell investors if they started drilling, but this is ARV we are talking about...
