Whats to stop the chinese just reverse engineering oraline and producing and using it themselves internally within the MPS and armed forces?

Hence returning the test samples, they dont need them as they have made their own. China doesnt operate along the same principles as the western world, if there is a way to cheapen something, then the chinese will find a way.

I think this may be the first step along that path.....
