none of the above info suggests the announcement will be non-market friendly. It is the terms of any deal that is the key. Sale of the company would have produced the most significant short-term market response, but the other options can still be good for the company even if over the longer term.
The company has not been de-listed as you suggest, they are in a voluntary suspension. Your holding must be very very small (read non-existent) for the persistent negative spin you place on everything
