Not sure you were here when Intuit bought stock, See their vans all through Hobart. Won't do a long story, but I reckon the initial strategy was to do the next rung down, with a service centre (PAAS) but that never worked out. Have some more on that, but that is ancient history. Intuit sold out and that was that.

That tasty business I was referring to does the next rung down as a PAAS service and does it very successfully. So no objections from me, but their board and CEO would be infinitely better than ours at running such a business.
