Hopefully shareholders decline to sell as that price $1.85 simply reflects the current uncertainty in the aged care sector and not long term realisable value, once the dust settles. $1.85 is not even the price Ashburn Pty Ltd is prepared to accept for its own stake. They're not selling out, just partnering with SOL to share the spoils from anyone silly enough to sell out at that price
