Thanks, this is very informative. I also saw from another article that compares CCR and Credit Corp. But like you said Credit Corp is a completely different thing compared to CCR, Credit Corp is extremely capital intensive, properly can be viewed as an investment fund that buys assets at discounts and then chase and collects, but CCR is more of a service and technology company.
I suspect Credit Corp is buying the larger ticket size debt, in order to make sense of buying for the cost of chasing after.
But if you are looking at consumer debt that is <$1000 that people are not paying, there really should be a technological solution available.
