Fair enough regarding the forward-looking aspect. But they were not claiming the same honours.
The simple fact is AGH claimed it will be the first, not to ship to Germany, but the first to actually distribute and sell product there. They know their business and seem confident enough to think this will come to pass in the very near future. You disagree. But you disagree not because you KNOW different. Your accusation of AGH lying is based on your BELIEF that LGP's products will make it to market before AGH.
I don't begrudge you your belief, but I do think you are foolish to translate that into accusation of lies.
