I'd settle for tls just working with nbn ie reselling nbn,market share re nbn and 5g will adjust but imo thats not the issue.

Tls has one major competitive advantage ,its national mobile coverage produced from billions of shareholder dollars,now penn is going to open that 'only' competitive advantage up to any man and his dog.
Its pathetic.
ps tls should be restructuring like wesfarmers.
ps this is also what basic management should be doing when you have deep pockets like tls,ie sol pattersons,if u can't or don't want to run a business take a very lge position in the co ie sol pattersons positions in TPG and brickswork.Today i read sol pattersons with regis is entering the aged care sector.You don't need to be to smart to read this and understand its a solid profitable growth strategy.
Tls's restructure is a potential train wreck.
ps i bet sol pattersons can't believe their luck with this tls towerco restructure.
