Overall this is good news. We have a partnership deal with Novartis for remestemcel-l, so they can lend us their expertise. Even if MSB need to go down the dispute resolutions pathway, we will be equipped to do this. Will we receive assistance from Novartis?
Just remember the dispute resolutions pathway is held publicly. This will also be held at a time when Joe Biden will probably be sworn in as President.
