Can we all note that as shareholders we agreed to new constitutional changes, which prevented any hostile or non hostile takeover without the approval of the board. The board holds the cards for sale. ..irrespective of shareholding.....for good reason...to stop this being sold cheaply should other interests gain substantial positions. Cheers
