I am excited about where the brand is going, I think buying Matso's and scoring the stadium deal were great moves, and the Redfern place could work out well, and A shed has heaps of potential. GRB has a lot going for it. I'm still thinking somewhere down the line we get taken out at a large premium by a bigger player.

I do have the shits with the way the shareholder registry has been managed in the past, and now I don't trust management to not use the "just in case" provision because it feels like they have used it every year for awhile now.

Happy to see other shareholders voting against some of these resolutions, 21% against resolution 4 and 36% against resolution 6 hopefully wakes up management, but time will tell. All I can do is vote my 1 million shares against these dilution causing resolutions and encourage other shareholders to do the same, which it seems more and more people are doing now.
