Thks mrsa,unfortunately i have one last thought re towerco. One does not need to be in business or have been in business to imo only understand the following. Would one announce towerco (open access) to tls's national coverage mobile tower network just before the first real 5g mmWave 26ghz allocation/auction in a couple of months.? If u were tpg because of towerco wouldn't u be thinking damn we need as much 26ghz real mmWave spectrum as we can get and then cherry pick tls's mobile regional/remote towers. ps and once this can of worms is opened the accc will be all over tls's regional/remote tower access imo only.,there is no going back... .
