    That is a different matter then, but I won;t be doing the research for you. I highly doubt that a "proportional takeover" offer would be deemed a "higher offer" than a full cash offer by the TO Panel and thus allowing the B&F's to be disregarded and higher bids made. I'm prepared to wager heavily that a 'proportional bid' won;t be made to break the B&Fs if you like?
