all collections are revenue, the difference is the amortisation of the PDP investment which is below the EBITDA line.
but the general gist of your enquiry is correct, with the question being, are they making money?
I think the answer is that earnings are very leveraged...at the moment they are probably breaking even, but with growth and better industry conditions plus a refinance they can spring to quite good normalised earnings a year or so out.....equities discount the future.
