I could be wrong. But in my memory I can recall it might be the first time to specify “ ongoing M&A assessment “ in the session of “expanding our UK presence”. Can I say the possible M&A is much directly related with UK market?
If that ongoing assessment would come to fruition, I would much hold that option that our price won’t appreciate too much. The potential vendor has reasonable and sufficient incentives to brake on the share price. Watching how the price reacts will give us some clues.
