Surely, a class action is a must.. One gevernment sells you an asset as a going concern and another comes along and legislates to take it off you.. I do not think so..
We were never warned that this may be the case.. Making new laws soley for TLS, whilst handing an aussie funded network to Singapore for free, what a joke.. They may as well throw out the baby with the bath water..
If this is going to be the Governments path, it would be cleaner and quicker if Conroy averaged out T1, T2 & T3 sale prices and used this average to buy Telstra back from the public, then they can shove the whole lot into the future fund and do what they like with it..
