Kiril, BBI does not need buyers for all the infrastructure assets, just a buyer for DBCT which seems to have been proven by their recent show and tell. They do need a buyer in part for the English ports company and that may be more difficult, but for England to recover they will need a strong transport system, it may be that the British government turn out to be a potential purchaser
