Among my other sins I hold a modest no. of Central Exchange shares. I have a prospectus from the Co. offering shares at $0.90. On the face of it , it could be a go however I seem to recall some time ago my fellow forumees suggesting that management of CXL lacked the midas touch. I would be grateful to hear from anyone for or agin whether they think I should be in it or not. Hasta la vista
