So , who do you think the Off-take agreement will be with ?
EMH or Geomet?
Why will it take 3 to 6 months to get an off-take agreement? Probably because CEZ are calling the shots.
Remind me again tsibis, EMH sold 51% of Geomet for ...... that’s right 0 Zero , EMH physically received Zero, so now EMH are a minority partner in Geomet who actually own all the rights to Cinovec.
Who will receive the funding? Geomet
How much funding do you think Geomet will get?
Well thanks to Rpks who posted a link a while back, funding % is proportionate to the size of company applying, CEZ being a Multi Billion € company and owning 51% of Geomet, they have actually shafted any chance of receiving any meaningful % of funding so I reckon EMH are going to have to stump up their 49% share but CEZ & Czech Government will still have full control of the project and EMH will not receive anything from Geomet or from the 51% sale.

Yes I have sold the majority of my holding and for the reasons above, so you might ask why have I kept some, well on the off chance we get an offer from CEZ lol but why would they bother trying to buy us out when we have stump up the 49% ??
