Don't know if this was mentioned but I just looked into MEL and see they will be voting on the In Specie Distribution of 20m of their holding in BYE at their AGM on 14th Dec. If shareholders agree then distribution will occur on 28th Dec 20. MAY should pick up around 3.99mil BYE shares ( by my rough calculations based on a distribution of 1 BYE for every 27.5 MEL shares held.)
