A half year report was filed with ASX yesterday. Seems this filing wasn't announced on HC.
A couple of things I found interesting.
According to the auditor, the vote on the proposed subscription agreement at the meeting in Dec was deferred under threat of legal action from a major shareholder.
I knew there had been objections from Frank Farrall, but did not know they included the threat of legal action. Farrall raised objections to the independent expert's report.
Wonder when this matter will be cleared up - nearly 3 months now since the objections were raised.
In the next 12 months the company has to spend a minimum of around $531,000 to retain some of its tenements
