Noodly can you elaborate further on your first paragraph because you mention directors buying and the ability to raise funds. The two things are completely unrelated except of course to say that IF the directors were buying on market in a big way the SP would be a lot higher than it is now and THAT would make raising funds easier and less dilutive.
