In November 2008 Jervois published a press release, vaguely indicating that there is a relation between SMS Demag, one of worlds largest metallurgical engineering firms, and Jervois.
The truth is:
SMS Demag is neither working with Jervois nor with Jervois' consultant Dr. Bryn Harris.
SMS Demag is however working with a couple of other miners.
Did Jervois miss the train again?
