    Completely agree with the sediment. While the announcement is a positive in some ways it almost locks in the fact the fund will be cashflow negative for a few more years. No business or fund can remain cashflow negative indefinitely. I recently sold URFPA based on this. I think the best outcome for holders would be a wind up of the fund. I'll be sitting on the sidelines ready to jump in if there is any talk of a wind up.
