I still think he wanted no problems later as his company which is as good as himself owns 10.5 mil shares & probably he wants to buy more. If he had any doubts about CER's future then why wouldn't he sell his shares. The fact he hasn't increased his holding at these ridiculous prices is probably due to restrictions. But he is free now to buy more. time will tell if he sells his holding or buys more.
