Leo they do not have patent protection problem as such in fact quite the opposite, they had a court ruling in their favour against a company that were the actual original developers along with DR Sun of O4 technology. We brought the IP along with SBL after Dr sun spilt with Avitar. So it was a great ruling in or favour. Why our IP rights are not being enforced now is speculation and I can only guess it is a lack of funding to pursue it.
