First export of O4 to Russia recently cleared customs and Kazakstan Government is putting a bill to its parliament on drug testing uni and school students (as I posted earlier).

Unlike Mexico, we have all required approvals and product on the ground. Just need the decisions to actually test and then we are well placed to compete.

Russia's coming to life (at long last) - but will we be alive to be in the mix? The next few months will tell.

On your scenarios for China, I did a detailed post on that yesterday. My feeling was that SBL have offended SiYi somehow. Whether its fixable or not, I haven't a clue.
