Of course, the three basic theories ('SBN offending SiYi', 'product quality problems' and 'SiYi deviousness/power play') are not mutually exclusive.

Possible that two or more are involved. Eg SiYi had been contemplating 'screwing' SBN but didn't have a good excuse - and then some 'offensive' act by SBN has given them the justifiction.

All speculation though - but I'd be pretty certain thatat least one of those theories is at least partly right.
