Hi Andrew,

What has changed since the company outlined purpose of the options to Company Directors? This from the recent "The Tranche 2: Options have an exercise price of A$0.05 and vest upon the completion of capital raised of not less than AUD$4,000,000 over the next 12 months following the date of this AGM." Why do the CR now when they were planning to do a CR somewhere around the 5c level?

The cynic in me says the voting is not going well and the company has done a CR to shore up the votes.

It will be most interesting to see the details of the raise and to whom it has gone to. gla.
