Maybe SiYi haven't changed their minds, maybe it has been dictated by the end user (chinese law enforcement) and SiYi has chosen to say nothing and put out their own bushfire first?

If SiYi had have accepeted the trial order then it would have been conducted under the supervision of SBN. Maybe the Chinese law enforcement dudes have said they don't trust Oraline and trial it on someone else?

Easier to go missing than trying to explain that your own users have turned on you. I believe they are trying to sort things out in house first, as the Chinese often do.
