I’ve spent decades doing contracting work for small businesses and it goes without saying ALL OF THEM have had issues with Telstra.
A few of them will not upgrade to save money and improve performance because Telstra nearly put them out of business the last time they tried an upgrade. Says a lot that they’re prepared to pay more just to keep Telstra away!
Any Telstra employee worth their salt soon enough realises they’re working for a crap organisation and they go and find a decent job.
Face to face contact in a Telstra shop you can see they don’t give a stuff, plus they’re arrogant.
