At worst this is a neutral announcement, I wouldn't call it a nothing company mate...I think you're here cause something's interesting enough to keep you around monitoring from the side-lines at the very least. Everything starts from scratch, building a sales network is one of the hardest things to achieve for a medical product company (second to actually coming up with a clinically/approved revolutionary product), baby steps and before you know it we'll be running, give them time to execute, this is a 3-5 year story =)
