the new rules re CR AND associated SPP only apply if the company goes for a 25% increase in SOI or, if they decide to extend the offer to existing holders.
they did neither but given today’s close ... jump in and load up.
not really sure where this will go now ... branches resukts out ... chartists mat offer some guidance on this front ...
