The number of shares voted in previous AGM's has been pretty woeful, shareholder apathy allows Directors to get away with things like this performance rights grab. That the directors have the gall to put forward this resolution is a black mark against their character in my opinion. It is up to shareholders to demonstrate their relevance by voting! P.S it would be good to have a couple of the heavy hitters like @jamesdenis and @Diabloracer lending their weight on this.
