Hey @bratty all of the JORC calcs are done. What is required is for the 'Responsible Person' in Manila to go up to site to confirm drill collar locations.
The company did not want to do that before the Mine Dept. approved the transfer of the permit/s.
Internal transfers to remote areas in the Philippines is still a sensitive issue due to COVID19.
Once the permits are granted shareholders can vote on the transaction and then money can start to flow into exploration. I guess this will happen in the new year.
Here's hoping JORC is a big number!
