Hi guys,
I'm looking to invest over the medium term into this new super company - I'm picturing when Goku and Vegeta do their dance and re-emerge as this megabeing.
So given post-completion, Saracen shareholders will own 36% of the merged group while Northern Star shareholders will own 64% - given the assymetric share price according to this split, does it make sense to invest in Saracen as this will get you 'better bang for buck' in the number of shares in the new world? Or I might have got this wrong.
Cheers,
CP
