why the lack of buying depth?

this company is on the turnaround and being run by some very good operators. i thought they had moved address, but haven't seen that filed with the ASX yet?

this one will move soon, i am just wondering which announcement will cause a re-rate.

if anyone was looking to sell some shares, they could really smash the price down.
