One other point about the "loan" from RCF is that should BMN fall below $3 million in working capital it will have breached its loan and RCF may then call the title to the 80% of BMN Namibia Pty Ltd that BMN has put up as security for said loan.
This tapping of the market may put such a scenario beyond easy reach, consistent with Jubber et al now running things.
