    That whole letter reads:

    "We stuffed up but that's ok, we'll blame the credit crisis."

    No apologises, no acceptance of their own incompetence.

    "From 30 June 2008 until 31 December 2008, the spot price of copper traded on the London Metal Exchange fell by 65% and the London Metal Exchange zinc price fell by 38% over the same period which had a significant effect on OZ Minerals’ revenue."

    Hmm, so over that time didn't ANYONE either in management or on the board think to take any action to shore up their revenue? Nope, just kept chatting to the banks and let the company sink into the mire.
