he/she wont be able to fill hardly any of it at that price, may pick up a few hundered thousand if the recent well is a complete flop
POO isnt going to help the bargain hunters anymore (although there is no reason for POO to be on the rise either!)
Hey WASA buying now means buying at the bottom AND having the 12 months CGT discount up your sleeve at sell time, so "long wait" doesnt apply so much to investors, only traders. and its not liquid enough for traders really
