Hold on I'd be very cautious about the advice being bantered around here. Read the prospectus as it's clear that any shortfall allocation is at discretion of directors and underwriters. You can apply for as many as you want immediately but your shortfall allocation will be determined after all applications have been tallied up and the directors/underwriter consider what they want to do with shortfall. If you're subsequently allocated say 10K extra shares you get an extra 5k free ELSR automatically
