The "NO" middle seat issue is just another ridiculous idea by clueless people . By having no-one in the middle seat will make bugger all difference if a passenger has covid . We are told 1.5 metres minimum is required from people to lessen the likelihood of transmission but eliminating a middle seat passenger you still wouldn't get 1.5 mtr separation further to which if the 1.5 mtr rule was applied in aircraft you wouldn't have a person sitting behind you either . Given that as a rough average economy seats are 43cm wide a row of 3 seats would be restricted to 1 person per row and the only way an airline could make money would be to triple the ticket price per person.
When people travel on aircraft they are susceptible to any disease/ virus that another passenger may have and catching "something" is no different today than it has ever been even with covid19 and so the no vaccine no travel rule is the ONLY way to go ( once we have a vaccine ) ......... tough luck anti-vaxxers , looks like you'll be driving everywhere !!
