People sell lower than bid price because they want to get to the head of the queue.
If they put it at 15 they have to get behind people who already did - and they may not get their stock sold today depending on bids/volume on the day. As for why they need the money today, and not tomorrow - there are all manner of reasons covering the entirety of human behavior.

There can be selling/buying in cahoots to drive price action - but this probably happens 5% of the time people on HC claim it does IMO.

This is precisely the forum to ask questions on - I'd normally say be very wary of rampers one way or another but you seem to have that figured already.

The numbers look good to me. Just got to wait a while till the company starts proving it with production for price to go rapidly North I reckon.
