I can't discount my years-long experience with TNG. Extracting and refining all 3 materials (Fe, Ti, V) to saleable standards doesn't look like a simple process and requires considerable capital expenditure. I would rather focus on the simple operation Ian has envisaged as a kickstarter. Financiers would too.
